Hey Berm,
I hve been wondering this for quite some time. During the intro to "One More Minute" during "The Bad Hair Tour" Al cuts his arm with a big carving knife. How did he pull that one off? Because his fingers were moving and all, and it didn't look like his arm was hidden in his shirt.

Right after that when the lights go down for a moment, Mongo stitches him up real quick and puts a coat on Al to hide the wound (note: that coat was red to mask the blood stains!)
