Bermuda's brother

Post by Elvis »

Thanks for the info. my dad would probably be upset to find out Neil Diamond has such a close link to Al! Richard Bennet also plays on the first album, and some of the early demos. He's the "Ow, Bobcat!" Al refers to in "I'll Be Mellow When I'm Dead." Jon, where did the nickname "Bopcat" come from (if you know)? Thanks!

It's a rock/rockabilly-sounding name he liked for a while. Except for Al's Placebo EP, I don't think he's actually credited anywhere as Bopcat.

My brother is Richard Bennett, and I'd say he's somewhat better-known than I am.
May I ask, is he your older brother, or younger brother? Any sisters in the family? "Inquiring minds wanna know!" :D
