I don't know, she is kind of a whack job. Tony Basil makes sense but so would have Joni Mitchell, I don't know how she dresses in her spare time.

Joni Mitchell makes no sense considering everything on the cover was related to a song on the album

Yeah you are correct. Truthfully I don't know smurf about Toni Basil, I don't like the original and didn't even spell her name right. Just guessed it was her 'cause her name is mentioned in a song and the TV on the cover says I Love Lucy which I thought was the Ricky reference. Now I know, and feel more educated!
