Al in commercial?

Is AL-TV returning or did you find a nice interview? Just tell the folks here.

Al in commercial?

Post by CatraDhtem »

I hope I'm not going crazy. Did anyone else notice a gent looking very much like Al in VH1's commercial for the "For the Kids" compilation album?

I only caught a passing glimpse of it, so I admit I may be completely mistaken. But still, I tawt I taw a Yankovic.

You mean this?

Maybe you confused Al with Darius Rucker.

Ahh, yes, that's it. In that case, Darius is right...it is all right to cry.

SERiously, I could have sworn "goateed" Al was shown very briefly wearing a set of headphones and smiling. I think whoever it really was was wearing a blue shirt. It looked like what Al wore in the "Rockin' the Suburbs" video, which further made me think it was him.

Oh well. That's what I get for watching shows hosted by William Shatner. Hallucinations.

That was a great video. When I finally saw it, I forgot Al was in it too. I should have one of those "SUCK/ROCK" mixing boards...I mean, it's not like Al needs one...

I saw the commecial and I swore I saw al too! Somebody needs to record it if it comes on again and watch it in slow motion.
