I originally wanted a cover of Fun Zone to start the album, and then have a polka of 12 original Al songs we hadn't already covered on the CD. It takes a lot of time and talent that we didn't have to make a polka medly, so we didn't.

On an interesting note (and probably a good addition to the 27 list), The FuMP Volume 27 contains two songs from the new tribute album, as well as "If I Could Be Weird Al" by Moneyshot Cosmonauts.

I'm happy to announce that the first statement for the album has been sent to the charities, and so far we've made $180.27 (yes, it came out to that--not kidding) for both the Weird Al Star Fund and Make the Rock Hall Weird.
