Words can't express what you, or anyone, is feeling right now Al. And words can never change what happened, words really can't make you feel much better either. I know from experience. But its worth a shot. Your parents were great people, and that's reflected in the goodness you bring out everyday, to your fans and your family. After someone passes away all you can think about is how sad it is that they are gone. But, maybe you should reflect on the good things. Think about the 44 happy years you spent with your loving parents. Think about the year of your daughter's life that they were there, to help show her the world. And think about how many more happy years you are going to spend with your wife and child, with your parents watching over you.

Mary and Nick will always love you, as will you friends, family, and fans.

Love always,
Jessica

Dear Al and Suzanne,

This morning I woke up and someone pointed me to a website with terrible news. It really shocked me.
I wish both of you all the strength you'll need for this great loss. I'm sure both of your parents
are looking to you from heaven and that they are proud of their son!

Take care.

Dear Al,

Mary and Nick. You guys were great parents and great people. Although I never got to personally meet you, I could tell that you were very protective of your son, Alfred. You should be proud of what you've done, and the great child you grew up. Because of you guys, we have a person/role model that young kids and adults can look up to. Thank you so much.

Al, you should be proud of what your parents have done. Just know that they'll be watching over you. They'll still make sure that you dress yourself properly and such. Just know that Nick and Mary will ALWAYS be with you. I hope you have the strenght and courage to make it through this rough time. Just know that you have the support of your loyal fans.

Sincerely,
Nate

I'm so very, very sorry, Al. I pray that you receive the comfort and the strength that you need to get through this time from God and from the loved ones that surround you.

You are a very lucky man to have had such loving, supportive parents. This will make for the most wonderful memories and stories to tell for years to come.

Al, I am so sorry about your great and sudden loss. May God be with you and Suzanne, and everyone who loved Nick and Mary, during this difficult time. It is clear from everything we know about your parents that they were the kind of people who brought blessing into the lives they touched, and those blessings will endure.

God's peace always,
Helen

Dear Al,

I have no idea what you, Suzanne and Nina must be going through right now. However, I do believe that you were fortunate to have Nick and Mary as your parents, since they were very supportive of what you do. I hope everyone makes it through all right. I have been a fan of yours for many years, and I support you.

Best wishes,
Chris

Al,

I am so very sorry for your loss. I've always felt that your unique talent was the direct result of the loving parenting you received. Your mom and dad are very special, kind people, just as you are. I wish I knew something to say to help you during this time. You've brought me such joy through the years and seeing your mom and dad on the DVD was such a treat for me. It's obvious how proud they were of you and how much you love them. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

May all the comfort and joy you have given to others now swiftly return to you.

With warm wishes and a gentle hug,

Jenny

Dear Al, Suzanne, and Nina,

Al, your parents, Nick and Mary Yankovic, were great people. I know that you will always remember that. I can't express how I feel right now, good enough in words, it just seems like a part of me is missing with your parent's death. They made you, who you are today, a great, loving musician, who cares about his fans. I can tell that they were great people just from that, and from the other TV Specials and such they have starred on.

I'm going to create a tribute to them tommorrow, and be sure to dedicate my whole Easter to them. I hope that someway, you can find a way to have a great Easter, because, that is the way they would have wanted it Al. I know that they have gone to be with the Lord for Easter, and they'll always be watching over you. Hopefully, we all can see them again some day. Just remember the wonderful blessing you have in Suzanne and Nina, and that all of your fans are here for you, through everything. We all love you Al! You and your family will definitely be in our prayers.

My condolences to you Al, Suzanne , Nina and the rest of the family Yankovic.

I watched the Live DVD again, because living/working in the Netherlands makes it just a bit harder to come to your liveshows over there , especially the bit where your father and mother introduced you to the audience with so much pride and affection in their eyes , that you must be very proud to have (had) such great parents supporting you in whatever you did and were planning to do in the future.
Off course this will have a big impact on your life(s) but remember them in the way they want(ed) to be remembered , they always be with you and they will keep an eye on you in whatever you are doing or are planning to do.

Tell Nina all the great things about them in the future as she has the less memories of them.

Our thoughts are with you and your family.
