Final Clue:

Leg #8: “Weird Al Logic Puzzle”

Here are all 10 clues to the puzzle:

1. Both “Secrets of the Universe” episodes aired on the half-hour.
2. One “Raul’s Wild Kingdom” episode aired immediately after an episode of “Stanley Spadowski’s Club House” and the other aired immediately after an episode of “Strip Solitaire.”
3. The two “Wheel of Fish” episodes aired consecutively and were hosted by, in some order George Newman and Pamela Finkelstein.
4. At least one “Celebrity Mud Wrestling” episode aired exactly three hours after an educational show.
5. An episode of “Stanley Spadowski’s Clubhouse” was hosted by George Newman.
6. The two “Town Talk” episodes aired at least five hours apart; the second of these aired during a block that included “Secrets of the Universe.”
7. The two episodes of “Strip Solitaire” aired at two of the following four times: 4:30, 7:00, 9:30, and 11:00.
8. The 8:00 to 10:00 block was hosted by Stanley Spadowski.
9. “Celebrity Mud Wrestling” didn’t air at 8:00.
10. A “Bowling for Burgers” episode was one of the last two shows aired.

I'll wait to post the final solution to the Logic Puzzle to give you guys a chance to try your hands at it yourself!

PLEASE NOTE: If any Tribe Members fail to vote by the end of Tribal Council, their vote will count as an automatic vote against them! Once all the votes have been cast, or once the time deadline for Tribal Council has passed, I will tally and then read the votes.

WOWAY'S TRIBAL COUNCIL

Image

Yes, it's the next big Survivor All Stars twist! It's how we will decide WHO will host the next season of "Weird Al Survivor:" WOWAY's Tribal Council! Here's how it'll work:

If you would like to be considered as a host for "Weird Al Survivor Season Six," send me a PM telling why you think you should get the job. ANYONE is eligible - in the game or not! You will have until 7:00 PM EASTERN Sunday night to send my your submission.

At that point, I will post a list of all the "nominees" for next Survivor host, along with nominees for several other "WOWAY's Tribal Council" questions, including "Best Survivor Grudge" and "Best Survivor Twist," among others.

ALL MEMBERS OF THE FORUM will be eligible to vote in WOWAY's Tribal Council. They will vote by sending me a PM with their choices. The votes for all of the questions, including the host of "Weird Al Survivor Season Six," will be read at the final Tribal Council, right before the final vote is read and the winner of "Weird Al Survivor All Stars" decided.

Taking one very short break here...after pondering the options, I guess I am going to take the Hooded Avenger with the double vote.

TRIBAL COUNCIL RESULTS

Click here to get into the proper spirit of the game.

I've now tallied the votes. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. That person will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. That person will also relinquish their Survivor avatar and return to their normal avatar as soon as possible.

A reminder: Please don't take it too personally if you are voted out. No vote for any individual should be taken as an assault on or insult to them as a person or as a member of this forum. Remember, we are all still friends here in WOWAY. But remember too -- this is a GAME, and it is a game in which players must do what they must strategically in order to win!!

I'll read the votes.

(Highlight the quote boxes to read the individual votes. Read one at a time for dramatic effect!)

It's time for you to go. Remember to relinquish your Survivor avatar.

Please feel free to say some final words or leave a goodbye message in this thread.

The rest of you Survivors, remember to keep the chit chat in the other thread!
-----------------
FINAL COMMENTS: Congratulations, Survivors!!! You four players have successfully made it to the final four! You've proven that you can Outwit, Outplay, and most importantly Outlast 18 other All Stars! That's a great accomplishment in itself. But now we come down to the very end of the game. Before this week is through, ONE of you will have been crowned the next "Weird Al Survivor!" :whoot:

So, let's see the what chance the final four have of making it to the end:

DrSteggy - She has undoubtedly been one of the strongest players in this season, winning several Immunity Challenges and completely dominating the social aspect of the game, building strong alliances and breaking them when necessary. She has lied and schemed to get where she is, but all in the name of the game! Despite having betrayed her former alliance partner and made it to the final two in her original season, coming into the game with a major target on her back, she still managed to survive a lot longer than most of the All Stars. But will the fact that she betrayed so many of the jury members come back to haunt her? Or will they respect her for her cunning game play?

TheMeccaOfAlbinoPoodles - He has played an extremely quiet game this season, often being completely forgotten about. He has adopted Bruce the Duck's "silence is golden" strategy on the forum, meaning he hasn't posted much during the duration of the game, in order to help keep himself under the radar. He has not won any challenges or made himself look like a threat at all. Most importantly, he alligned with the people who everyone KNEW would get to the end and just waited for someone else to knock one of them out. So, will the jury admire his stealth and strategy in the game? Or will they resent the fact that he made it so far by doing so little?

WEIRDALexis279 - She was one of the strongest players in the original season, until she was prematurely voted out. And in the "Second Chance" season, she was even stronger, making it much further in the game. As she joined All Stars, Alexis had a HUGE target on her back, being that she was one of several "Third Chance Survivors," a phrase coined by Driew_La_27 for his resentment that Second Chance players were allowed into All Stars. But Alexis proved that each time she plays the game, she does better and better. She maintains the same basic strategy that she employed in the first and fourth seasons. That is to play hard, form alliances, work at the challenges, but don't talk too much. Don't make yourself look like a threat, but make sure people know your value. It was a great strategy, and it's proved to work, especially the third time. But will this third chance be the one that places her in the winner's circle? Or will the jury be reluctant award a player who has "already had two chances?"

mewrio - He probably has one of the biggest handicaps in the game. Being on the other side of the planet makes it nearly impossible for mewrio to participate in the majority of challenges. But somehow, despite that obstacle, he has made it to the final four. Whether it was as a pawn to the masterminds behind this game or through his own strong alliance-building is irrelevant. The fact remains that he's made it to the final four and beaten 17 other GREAT PLAYERS (and Driew too). Will mewrio receive votes from the jury simply to stick it to the people who betrayed the jury members? Or will he be cast away for his lack of participation in the game (albeit not his fault)?

This has been a wonderful ride, folks! And, sadly, it's just about over. This last week of the game will certainly be interesting. You can head back to camp.

WOWAY'S TRIBAL COUNCIL

Image

Well, so far, I've only gotten ONE submission for the job of hosting Survivor 6. If I don't get any more submissions, we won't have to vote for that one.

So, I'm putting another option on the table. I have a new idea for a different type of interactive "reality" type game. I plan to start the game in 2006, but I'll need some help hosting it. Doing this all myself is very taxing, and it will be even moreso next year. So, if you would like to help co-host this brand new game send me a PM. You don't need to say why or anything, just say that you'd like to co-host. Also, you can "nominate" others if you'd like too! Then, we'll have a WOWAY's Tribal Council vote on who will be my co-host for the next big WOWAY game!

Fat and weak, what a disgrace.
Guess the champ got too lazy.
Ain't gonna fly now, he's just takin' up space.
Sold his gloves, threw his eggs down the drain.

But he's no bum, he works down the street.
He bought the neighborhood deli.
Back on his feet, now he's choppin' up meat.
Come inside, maybe you'll hear him say:

Try the rye or the kaiser,
They're on special tonight.
If you want, you can have an appetizer.
You might like our salami, and the liver's all right.
And they'd really go well with the rye,
Or the kaiser.

Never eats while on the job.
He heard it's good to stay hungry.
But he makes a pretty mean shish kabob.
Have a taste, they were made fresh today.

Try the rye or the kaiser or the wheat or the white.
Maybe I can suggest an appetizer.
Stay away from the tuna, it smells funny tonight.
But you just can't go wrong with the rye,
Or the kaiser.

So today, his deli comes first.
Still he dreams of his past days of glory.
Goes in the back and beats up on the liverwurst,
All the while you can still hear him say:

It's the rye or the kaiser, it's the thrill of one bite.
Let me please be your catering advisor.
If you want substitutions, I won't put up a fight.
You can have your roast beef on the rye,
Or the kaiser.

The rye or the kaiser,
The rye or the kaiser,
The rye or the kaiser…

The next challenge will be at 8:00 PM tonight. It will take place LIVE in the chat room. It is essential for you to be here when it begins in order to participate.

See you at eight!
