Personally, I don't think it would be very fair to Jay and the Band. But then again, we can only do so much. I don't know, I think they would be flattered either way, I know I would!

When do you want these finished by?

Well, if we could get this done by Friday, they can get the gifts in San Mateo. If it's later than that, they'll get them in Lancaster. So, it's really up to how fast everyone can get their stuff in. I don't want to rush it if that means less people can participate, you know? So, the deadline is Aug 27, but I'd rather get them sooner so I'm not doing EVERYTHING the night before.

You can just record one if you want. But remember that it will be put on all the CDs, so you can't say "Al" in it. Or, you can record two- one for Al, and a generic one for everyone else.

Argghh. I thought you'd use the same messages for all the CDs... it certainly would be easier that way. My message did cover everybody anyway
