Well, we've had discussions about wanting to be mic stands and stethosocpes, so, why not? I'll say I'd like to be Al's tie.

Something about the tie????

I've seen a lady grab on to his tie as he was singing to her... it didn't even phase him, he just kept on singing

(it was in a very similar to what happened to Patti... only Patti was polite and didn't grab anything

My friend Shel (who has Rocket Dog shoes) and I were once discussing this odd thing: Did we want to BE the microphone stand/stethoscope/tie ect. or did we want them to be us?

A perfectly normal conversation. Anyway, besides the point..

Grabbing a tie is pretty tame compared to other things! I'm sure he was greatful for that!
