Yeah, but I thought the big production numbers were saved for track 12. Plus, this and "Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me" were recorded in the same session. The situation seems similar to how Al recorded "Weasel Stomping Day" and "Don't Download This Song" using a lot of the same instruments and back-up singers between the two.
Of course, given that we really have no other information about the songs other than the first day of recording, I can't say I really know if my last speculation is true.

Re: (spoiler) If That Isn't Love
I was just thinking I wouldn't rule it out as being a "big ballad" even if it's not the last song on the album. After all, I consider "Do I Creep You Out" to be a ballad and that wasn't the last song, though both that "Don't Download This Song" are relatively similar style wise. Also my earlier comment was just stating that there could be a difference between "big ballad" and "big production number". I think "Pancreas" could be considerred a big production number, but not necessarily a big ballad.
And this shows that it's entirely possible for a song called "If That Isn't Love" to be a ballad. (No, I'm not speculating that Al was inspired by this song)

I think Marko is correct. I don't see why the "big ballad" and "big production" number necessarily have to be one and the same. I think this will be the ballad.

Re: (spoiler) If That Isn't Love
My kids just suggested that maybe this will be a parody of Justin Bieber's "Somebody to Love."
Highly unlikely because he's in the polka, I know, but he is incredibly popular, and the title has the right number of syllables.

I would love it if there were 6 parodies on this album. Yes, yes, I know that isn't going to happen.

This sounds like a song from the point of view of an abusive husband or something. Definitely looking forward to it.
How old was that last signature? I mean, really?

I don't think Al would go the "abusive husband" role, but when I saw the title I couldn't help but think of this. (Not really related, but I think this is more the direction Al would go with a song title like this.)

Yeah, abusive husband might be going too far, but it's definitely from the point of view of someone with misguided ideas of love.WeirdAbbott wrote:I don't think Al would go the "abusive husband" role, but when I saw the title I couldn't help but think of this. Re: (spoiler) If That Isn't Love
it could be anything on this one but it could be family love like motherly love. Just an idea.
