HaHa, I wish. I really enjoy Harry Potter and I'm in a wrock band. That's where the references are coming from.Whatinthe27 wrote:Huh? Is Way_Woby Steve Goodie? And is he really dead? I thought he was just de-straightened?

Re: Album Reviews
A review of the album from AL.COM(hey it's Al' name ):
http://blog.al.com/entertainment-press- ... e_kno.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Funny line:
As so many artists have said when asked about him: “You know you’ve got a hit when ‘Weird Al’ wants to do you.”

Re: Album Reviews
Well, it was a good review, but I was looking for something a little more in depth. Also, years from now PTW may not be looked upon as one of Al's strong lead singles. Hell, it isn't even viewed that way by some of his fans even today!

and he did not parody Queen or The White Stripes... those were original songs that sound like those two bands.

Re: Album Reviews
I never read reviews, they always only seem to upset me. I don't know why considering the people writing them aren't hardcore fans or anything. Just a waste of time when your only looking to see if they actually mentioned something cool about Al and you hardly ever get anything like that.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

Well, in his defense, he did say that the Queen one was a style parody.joseyklein wrote:and he did not parody Queen or The White Stripes... those were original songs that sound like those two bands.
