I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I just noticed on the Wiki page that this song is the only one on the album (and possibly the only one of Al's parodies ever) that is actually LONGER than the original, and by several minutes.

"Confessions Part 2" is 3:31
"Confessions Part III" is 3:54

Interesting. I know that's only 23 seconds, but you can fit a lot into that amount of time. Does Al add a whole extra verse to the song or sing the chorus a couple extra times or what? No wait. Don't tell me! :P

That IS pretty weird. Especially when you consider that all the other parodies were shortened (signifigantly, too).

I'm not sure that's right. Allmusic.com has Confessions Part 2 listed as 3:49.

I bought "Confessions Part 2" on iTunes. It's definitely 3:54.

And when I’m kissing you, I fantasize you’re a midget
I’m so sorry, Debbie… I mean Bridget

Just caught the reference to TiTC!

Al is completely a genius.

That's all for now, folks.

I don't think it was a reference -- he just happened to use the same rhyme as R. Kelly.

No, I'm pretty sure it was, since there was both a midget and a woman named Bridget in the TiTC video...I mean, sure it's a unique rhyme, but why include it at all if not as a reference? |)

The idea of fantasizing your lover is a midget is funny. There isn't any other name that rhymes with midget. Not a reference.
