What about Trash Day? Toothless People? Trust me, there's been worse.

Well, "Ruthless People" is pretty crappy, but "Hot in Herrre" is actually a great song. But anyway, let's get on topic before someone comes and busts up our fun. ;)

So there are two possible songs I think it could be:

Do I Make You Proud

or

Takin' It to the Streets (let us all hope it is this track that is parodied)

It won't be Takin it to the Streets. If he did, he would really be doing the Doobie Brothers, and that wouldn't be fair.

Yes, there have been bad songs Al has parodied, but, for the most part, he has made his versions listenable. I'm sure it'll be funny.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

I think that's a good possiblity, and it's the one I'm hoping for. Like I said earlier, it would fulfill the classic rock parody (The Doobie Brothers) while also parodying Hicks.

Going with the theme of classic rock songs/blockbuster movie songs, maybe we can expect:

"Takin' it to Mount Doom" (About Frodo in LotR) :P

Al has parodied cover versions of songs before ("Alimony", "I Think I'm A Clone Now", "Lasagna"), so I imagine he could do that if he desired.

I think I'm a Clone Now and It's All About the Pentiums are other examples of Al being "unfair" ...

I guess you have a point. That would be great, because Takin' it to the Streets is MUCH, MUCH catchier than Do I Make You Proud.

Musically, I think the song is pretty lame and offers nothing...hopefully the lyrics are funny. The only reason why I don't think it will be about AI is because there's a huge portion of "Couch Potato" devoted to it--would he do that on two albums in a row?
I'm ranking every Beatles song on my new pop culture blog. Check it out!
