CLEARLY the implication is that this is a prequel to "The Weird Al Show", which leads to Taylor Al growing old in prison, and when released, he has become Fred Huggins.
I thought the exact same thing. But then again, any person who happens to be Weird Al acting creepy in a gray wig reminds me of Fred Huggins.

Reportedly MSN is sharing exclusive "broadcast" rights, if one wants to call it that, so perhaps their video player will work a little better for those having trouble accessing it on JibJab.
