That's Your Horoscope For Today.

This is the best work Al has ever produced. It is a comedy paragon. Am I right?

I dunno about "best"-- Al's work is so varied that picking a "best" is always going to be problematical. But I like it a lot-- a fine combination of subtle and slapstick, and a great tune too.

It's a conondrum. We'll never figure out what our favorite Al song is. They're all hilarious...

It's so hard to pick a favorite, I agree. I like to sing along, so mine tend to be ones I can sing to. Or Albuquerque, just because I like hearing Al's voice...

if you ever read the Onion, you'll probably notice that many of the horoscopes in the song are very similar to the ones in the paper....hmmm I wonder why he thanks the Onion in the notes--lol j/k

i think it's pretty cool how well he copied the sentiments of the Onion's horoscope writer...or maybe Al is the horoscope writer for the Onion--most intriguing, yes

I think that Al's best song would have been Livin' La Vida Mocha...BUT noooo they just had to suck all the fun out. :) (I'm talking about The Onion)

I have no idea what the Onion is  , but exactly, Al pokes fun on such paper cliches like "unexpected trip" or "laughter is a powerful medicine". Very clever and funny of Al, as usuALly!

It's a humor newspaper, available in print or online at www.theonion.com

Yes your correct. I was very dissappointed when I found out that Livin La Vida Mocha was all a joke :( .

yeah, Your Horoscope for Today is a great song. it has actually helped me better understand humor and sarcasm, as have a lot of al's other songs. if i weren't able to understand humor and sarcasm, i'd be crying when i heard the line, '' you will never find true happiness.....'' as opposed to that, i think it's hilarious!
