Technically SEA-TAC (Seattle's airport) is six and a hyphen, but I get your point.

Just because I love belaboring useless points.... everybody calls that airport SeaTac but if you check the abbreviation used on Expedia, for example, you'll see that it's just SEA. Most likely the FAA figures, why should anybody else get more letters than they do.

Weird. I knew people liked Tacoma, but didn't realize people liked Tacoma so much that they'd add three useless letters to Seattle's airport abbreviation for it.
