I can't believe that this topic wasn't created already, but anyways...

I've always loved this song. Even when I was still really young, it always made me smile.

I remember that when I first heard the song, and for a little bit afterwards, I would always laugh at the fact that the song is over four minutes long, so Al is technically spending over a minute with her. Now of course, I look at that as being a pretty stupid and childish thing to do. But hey, I was young so it's understandable.

I did enjoy that song a lot. I even saw a live version on youtube....It was prety darn good. I didn't like the music video though....It just lacked the extra gags that are in most of his videos.

My mom loves this song. The last time she came over to my place, I showed her the video, then the WAY Live performance. She had it stuck in her head the rest of the day! >:) It's one of my favorites, too.

I love the video for One More Minute! All I have to do is watch Jon, Jim and Steve doing their Motown-esque, yet funnier dance moves, and I crack up! For me, that was the gag. Those three acting totally silly behind Al, who was playing up the serious balladier. So great! Who doesn't love the mic stand going limp for the self-service pumps line? So funny!

This is one of my favorite "older" songs. I also love the video--the way the band members in the background were all in stride. I can't think of exactly how it goes right now, but you've inspired me to go and watch it.

Also, sometimes when my girlfriend would ask me to do something I didn't want to do, I'd say 'I'd rather get a hundred thousand paper cuts on my face,' until she put a stop to what she thought was stupid comments like that. Whatever.

I think that one cracked Mom up more than the video did, especially when he got to the undies part. :inlove: :inlove:

You know, I've always wondered who the woman in the photo is. Al says it's the women who inspired it, but he doesn't give a name.

well then maybe its just none of our dang biusiness. But its a good way to get back at her if she was the one who broke up with him. Suzannes is so much prettier than her anyway so He wins again :peace:

He did say she was his ex-girlfriend at the time. That's really all we need to know. Revenge was sweet for Al when he tore her picture in two.
