I think it's for Such a Groovy Guy also, when he talks about tying up the girl, etc.

Y'know, for a while, I thought it was a used pink bathrobe...
Maybe it is?
Okay, so I had to look at the record. There's no pitch fork--it's part of the croquet equipment. The thing by the pillow looks like a pair of silly glasses with fake brows and mustache, the crispy critter looks like some kind of mosquito?, the front of the box of what looks like cereal also says Boom (don't know what that is); the picture on his shirt is of palm trees.

Isn't that blue thing the air cleaner from a car (that the circular air filter element sits inside of)?

In any case, surely a reference to Stop Draggin' My Car Around.

I think you're right, OE. Don't know what it does, but definitely a car part - hehe :)

"Use an accordion go to jail" Handcuffed? :o There are a lot of what could be Demento momentos, eh? (e.g. horns, etc.) Circus of the Stars.

Does everyone think that all the things in the front cover picture relate to Al and/or the songs? Anything just randomly thrown in?

Yes, I think that a lot of things on the cover were just randomly thrown in along with everything that relates to the songs. Of course, I could be wrong.
