Season? You know that Pokemon was a video game way before it was a TV show, right? Aron debuted in the Gold and Silver versions which debuted in 2003.weirdalfan95 @ Jan 22 2006, 06:50 PM wrote: Yeah, that Pokemon was from Season 3, IIRC, which was debuted in 2004 or '05... I can't remember. And saddly, this song was made in 2000 or '01.
Also, on the first scene, each of the combatting Pokemon doubles' levels add up to be 27 (except for the first two, a level 27 vs. a level 14).weirdojace wrote: Hehe, I liked the uses of the numbers 27, 42, and 14 in that video.
Cane and Rinse: weekly thoughtful video game discussion. Give it a listen, won't you?

Yeah, I know Pokemon was a game... But... I thought Aron debuted in the Ruby and Sapphire games... Man, I gotta play 'em more often... Wait, I'm right... Aron did debut in the Sapphire and Ruby games... And accordion to pokemon.com, Season 7 and 8 was in Hoenn, which is home to Aron... So yeah, I'm partially right... And you too are right, Ryan... Cause Ruby and Sapphire wasn't released till 2003...iisryan27 @ Jan 22 2006, 09:41 PM wrote: Season? You know that Pokemon was a video game way before it was a TV show, right? Does anyone else remember the Polkamon website (that actually came out before Al wrote the song)? I remember it had the band drawn as the human Pokemon characters. It also had various Polkamon such as Aquarius (which was a Lickitongue at a bus stop with it's tongue frozen to something, presumed to be a bus) and Radioactive Hamster (which was a small rat-like Pokemon with a radioactive sign on its chest). Does anyone know what ever happened to that website? I remember really liking it.
And Peggy

I haven't read the previous 5 pages of this thread, so sorry if this has been discussed already. Is there a reason why 'Ditto' is mentioned twice, or was it a mistake?
