Has anyone else heard this song?
I'm having a hard time trying to pinpoint what musical genre it would be classified under. The lyrics for this song are pretty funny, but the way Al sings it makes it even funnier.

It's from the late 70's era.... '78 I think. It was co-written by Vince Sanchez, but sung by Al.

I think it would be classified as comedy, Jake. :D

Was this a concert only, because I also have never heard of it. Is it a parody?
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

The recording I heard was not live, and it is an original.

IIRC, this was the track DrD played at ALCON 2000. He explained it never aired on the show because it was on the other side of the tape that Al had recorded another song on that became popular on the show (I'm blanking on which song that was).

Ah, I didn't know that! I'd like to know what the other song was!
I'm pretty sure this song didn't air on the syndicated show, but it was played (at least) once on the KMET live show in '78.
