There are a few, but the one that comes to my mind is in the repeat on "Thrift Shop" in the polka where the band is singing "He wears your granddad's clothes..." I love the "That's right", "I do", "it's large". I crack up every time I hear it.

Foil: I was so upset with the first half of the song, and "shadow orrr.. ganizations" didn't register for me on the first listen. So my "aha!" moment was "the Illuminati know that they're finally primed..." I also LOVE how Al's voice sounds on "finally primed," as well as on "I'm protected 'cause I made this hat," quite possibly the best moment of the whole album for me.
Word Crimes: "You would not use 'it's' in this case," "You dumb mouth-breather" and the Prince jab
Polka: Like everyone else, the way Al sang "Hey, sexy LA-DY!"
First World Problems: "Tried to fast forward commercials, can't - I'm watching live TV" for the way it was delivered, not only because it's completely applicable to me
Jackson Park Express: "I like your boobs."
