Handy - "I've got 99 problems, but a switch aint one"
Lame Claim to Fame - "I was first to comment on a YouTube video" (or however it was worded)
Blurred Lines - The entire literal vs. figurative section
My Own Eyes - "I watched him die from Bieber Fever"
Tacky - "Practice my twerking moves in line at the DMV"
Jackson Park Express - "...but not in a creepy way"

"Some idiot just called me up on the phone...what?!...don't they know how to text? OMG! I got..."

LOVE the way he sings this line. I also agree with the sentiment. :P

Oh yeah, that was a good one. I love the voice he sings that in. I take it that the Pixies sing in that kind of voice in some of their songs.

There are a few, but the one that comes to my mind is in the repeat on "Thrift Shop" in the polka where the band is singing "He wears your granddad's clothes..." I love the "That's right", "I do", "it's large". I crack up every time I hear it.

Word Crimes: "That means you do care, at least a little."
Tacky: "Are you pregnant girl, or just really fat?", "Take selfies with the deceased," and "Wear my Ed Hardy shirt with fluorescent orange pants," (just because I own an orange Ed Hardy tie)
Now That's What I Call Polka: "Hey, sexy LADY!"

Handy: "I've got 99 problems but a switch ain't one!"
Lame Claim to Fame: "I posted first in the comments of a YouTube video" and "I know a guy who ... ... ... knows Kevin Bacon!"
Foil: I was so upset with the first half of the song, and "shadow orrr.. ganizations" didn't register for me on the first listen. So my "aha!" moment was "the Illuminati know that they're finally primed..." I also LOVE how Al's voice sounds on "finally primed," as well as on "I'm protected 'cause I made this hat," quite possibly the best moment of the whole album for me.
Word Crimes: "You would not use 'it's' in this case," "You dumb mouth-breather" and the Prince jab
Polka: Like everyone else, the way Al sang "Hey, sexy LA-DY!"
First World Problems: "Tried to fast forward commercials, can't - I'm watching live TV" for the way it was delivered, not only because it's completely applicable to me
Jackson Park Express: "I like your boobs."

Tacky: DMV twerking/drunk at bank/live tweeting funeral/selfies with deceased

Word Crimes: Prince/Aw psych

Sports Song: "and your guys...eh, not so much"

First World Problems: "What, don't they know how to text? OMG!"

The ones that immediately came to mind were:

Lame Claim to Fame: Kevin Bacon
Word Crimes: Most of it. The contraction, irony, and Prince lines got me most, I think, but I was laughing through the whole thing.
Polka: The "Hey!" transition from Gangnam Style to Call Me Maybe
JPE: "I like your boobs"
