Very nice location, by the way. Right at Djurgarden. By the way, if somebody of you is around Stockholm, that show is included in the Grona Lund ticket or however they call it... 220 SEK for a couple of shows, including some real cool acts...

Will definitely come there (hotel and flight booked - will die if I don't manage to surive the pre-sale on Friday :) )

Maybe interesting for some of you as well:
I just called the Grona Lund people (the "Buy ticket" at Al's website link refers to the Grona Lund homepage). There is no presale at all for that concert. You may buy that "Gröna ticket" I mentioned above however - but you need to be Scandinavian resident (i.e. Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark)...

Hi everyone,
not posting too much in here, but wanted to at least send you some facts about the show tonight in Stockholm: I think the crowd, some 3,000 people, have done an amazing job. Many people knew the lyrics, I have been quite amazed.

I just put a couple of amateur pix from the concert in a public Facebook album:

Best regards,

Thanks for posting these, Ser Florian!
Looks about normal, except I notice Al was wearing a traditional red Hawaiian shirt during Lame Claim rather than the Tacky outfit minus the jacket.
I would be interested to know if there were any uniquely Swedish moments in the show. Do you know if it was the standard Mandatory Fun setlist? Any songs cut out (or added?!?)?
I couldn't tell a dirt clod from a plate of caviar.

Yeah, Jim put some wicked pics on his facebook too, it looks like an awesome place to see an Al gig.
What a racket they're makin', Jack, they keep me up at night playin' their electric guitars!!

I will try to compare both setlists at home... I definitely missed the drum solo :(

I think the show might have been limited by two or three songs likely, as there has been a strict curfew at 10pm (legendarily, they pulled the plug there for Jimmy Hendrix in 1972 :) ). No special elements for Sweden, I guess...

Not sure if Al is unusually tanned or that cute swede is really really pale

Also it's a bit funny how Al poses with the exact same facial expression and pose in all those pics  .
