Nice, TMBJon. Sherman's parodies were "softer" than Lehrer's biting tunes, but with "Here's to the Crabgrass" on this album he comes pretty close to Lehrer's sharp social satire, here poking fun of the "white flight" phenomenon of the 50's and 60's. Although if Lehrer had done the song, he might have more explicitly called out the racial tensions bubbling beneath. Still, Sherman's is a great track, and one of my favorites of his.
