Sad News About QuantumError

John Turnbull, known on the forum as QuantumError, and JDTurnbull272 before that, has passed away. :(

He always was a good friend of mine, and I'm sad to see him gone, as I'm sure many of us are. He will be missed.
Is it about my cube?

Very sorry to hear of this loss. Any word yet on the cause?

Complications arose after a foot surgery he had a few weeks ago.
Is it about my cube?

Really sad to hear this. John was a great and insightful poster here, and his contributions will be missed. Condolences to his family.

This is really sad and sudden. I'm sorry for your loss, Joe. John's speculation was always on point and he was a kind and insightful member of the community. He will be missed.

I made an observation that is simultaneously sad, freaky, fascinating and appropriate... John's last post on here was "I'm not posting anymore."
