World of Weird Al Yankovic

I have honestly never heard this song before seeing it was going to be on the album and pulling it up on Youtube. Is there a story here, or just a musical oddity due to the fact that it was Al's first song that was ever published? It's not particularly funny or good, but it's not a bad first effort either.

It's a tribute the San Luis Obispo (the city where Al went to college) and the surrounding area. I laugh at it, but then again I drive through the area a lot (and spend most Labor Days at a beach town there.)
