Just so everybody knows, the setlist will always be posted by somebody on setlist.fm within' 1-8 hours after the show. To be 100% sure that is what was done, it's cool to have proof but generally people know what there posting on there. Order may not always be authentic but, what the hell.

I was actually walking around singing Breakdown all day yesterday, so that is a funny coincidence.

Before he sang Stuck in A Closet and Airline Amy he said they were no one's favorites and there'd be no refunds.

Also, he signed my Close Personal Friends of Al" shirt at the bus after the show. I also got to say hi to Emo.
how long would you guess it took from the show ending to your bus meeting with Al? Considering trying that in LA but not if it's like 5 hours later...

Quick question: How long has Al been doing the bit where he stops in the middle of Yoda after "I'll be playing this part 'till I'm old and grey" to say "called it in 1980" ? A video from last night was the first I've seen of it.

Re: bus meetings It was 90 minutes-2 hrs. There's a lot of VIP folks first.
Re: Yoda this is the first time I've seen him pause for commentary during Yoda. He sang it straight through in NYC and Mpls.

I believe so. His range is particularly well suited to Tom Petty's songs and as a fan of both musicians I was over the moon to see him do another Petty cover.

I love that he's doing these covers! I've been stalking YouTube for them after each show. I hope they will be included when the shows stream on Stitcher this summer. Frankly I'd love a compilation CD of most of these covers but I imagine getting all the rights would be prohibitively expensive. I shamelessly ripped his cover of Blister in the Sun off YouTube because I love it so much. I'm still looking for Are You Gonna Be My Girl and Last Train to Clarksville to pop up there, but I may be out of luck. The Vic was pretty strict about recording so I wouldn't be surprised if no one was able to get it. I had an usher admonish me just for holding my phone up too long taking a picture!

As this a super fan service tour (have you seen the back of the shirts?), if the covers aren’t streamed, that will be a hell of slap in the face.

It's going to come down to a money issue. If securing the rights to all of those songs will be prohibitively expensive I can understand why he'd opt to leave them out. According to a fan on another forum he explained that streaming rights would be cheaper than recording rights, so I doubt we will see a compilation CD but hopefully they will be part of the shows available to stream.
