The vibraslap was in Close But No Cigar, not Pancreas (though that song has its fair share of unusual instruments as well). I really like the sound of the vibraslap though. It's a very underrated percussion instrument.
Close But No Cigar also has a cowbell.
Wanna B Ur Lovr has... video game sound effects or something.
All the polka medleys have strange things like woodblocks, siren whistles, gunshots, flexitones, jaw harps and duck calls.
I'm sure there are lots of others, but sometimes I can't really even pick them out. Al's music is just so layered and complex.

Ah, right you are, Jace. Close, But No Cigar is one of my favorites. I should have remembered that the vibraslap was used in that song.
I take it you haven't seen the studio footage, WWW? Al is shown playing the vibraslap.

4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:
"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11
So awesome!
Al Team #325

Yeah, they've always used different instruments and weird sound effects, I was really just thinking of where one was used in place of a more conventional instrument (e.g. gargling in place of a guitar solo). I guess then it only applies to parodies.
Wishing you a Twisted Christmas and a Twisted New Year!

Oh, I think that's in "Pancreas." I'm not sure what it's called, though.crazygurl14 @ Nov 29 2006, 01:38 PM wrote: i dont know if some one already mentioned it cuz i dont know the name of it but that thing Bermuda is playing, i camt remember which song but they show him playing it in the behind the scenes on SOL
