No topic for this song yet, I guess. Anyway, this has always been an unlikely favorite from Even Worse for me. It sort of gets lost amidst all the other popular songs on that album. My favorite line from the song is 'you make me wanna write a dozen book reports.' In my 7th grade reading class, we had to do 12 book reports over the course of the year (I did all R.L. Stine "Goosebumps" books). That line always makes me think of that.

What's your favorite line, etc?
taste is only something if it is yours.

I never really liked this song very much. I thought the melody was catchy enough, but the lyrics were kinda weak. I think it would be better if the subject of the song was better defined. Who is he singing it to? Who "makes him?" I don't know. He has other songs which basically list a bunch of funny situations ("One of Those Days," "Don't Wear Those Shoes," ""Confessions Part III," and a bunch of others) that have much stronger punchlines.

Eh.

I love it. I love the clanking, swinging, stomping rhythm. I love the lyrics. He must be singing to my husband, because that's who makes me want to build a model of the Eiffel Tower out of Belgian waffles.

This is actually one of my favorite songs off EW. The beat is way too catchy and I just love it.

I always loved the line "You make me want to watch a Care Bear movie."

I was never a big fan of this song. I found it to be a little annoying and not that funny. One of my least favorite Al songs.
