No, I remember him saying it. I just thought he said something recently about not doing covers.

But what's the deal with all these parodies???

Not-so-bold prediction: TSB will be followed by Yoda and then Albuquerque as the finale.

I feel like Yoda might end the set. He said Albuquerque wouldn't be done every night, so it makes sense for there to be a specific closer to the set, as Yoda has been for many years

Wait, did it end on The Saga Begins?

Edit: Maybe the new Yoda chant is over half an hour long

Did he go out into the audience? During "One More Minute", maybe?

Dave told me via Facebook comment that this rendition of "Buy Me A Condo" sounded similar to how he played it on the Live In Studio 360 podcast a few years ago, but you could hear the "Hawaiian undertones" in Jims' guitar work (if that makes sense).

Anyway, I have some brief thoughts on this setlist I would like to share...

I REALLY can't wait to hear what "Fun Zone" actually sounds like played 100% LIVE!

I wonder if Al and the guys took a break before playing "Craigslist" since...y'know, they just played two nine minute album closers before it.

Speaking of which, it seems wonderfully bizarre that Al would play two of the longest tracks off his most recent albums back to back and barely even 1/4 of the way through his show, but I love it!

DDTS? Wow! He really defied some expectations with that one! Seriously, I'm excited to (hopefully) get to see how Al pulls off some of these big production numbers on THIS tour.

I wonder how they replaced the saxophone breaks in "Party At The Leper Colony"? I assume those would've been just backing tracks on the PH tour and I was under the assumption that this tour would be stripped down to the point where backing tracks wouldn't be used.

Glad to see he was serious about doing straight covers but with the knowledge that all the concerts will be audio-only streamed after all the shows are done, will those straight covers be edited out due to possible copyright issues?

I'm glad the extended acoustic parody medley is now at least a semi regular thing. I'm not surprised he bought it back w/TSB in the slightest since he did them at that 501st legion show last year that "previewed" this show but I'm glad he actually bought it back.

There has been some speculation as to whether or not Al closed the show with Yoda but I wouldn't be surprised if he actually didn't. I'm guessing he might have thought that TSB might have made a better closer to a scaled back, unplugged type set. Maybe they're planning to switch/rotate between TSB and Yoda as the closer each night?

After Fun Zone, it looks like CNR was played!

I did see a photo of him with a tambourine, so maybe Dave just forgot to tweet CNR. Also, is there any confirmation that Fun Zone was in fact done live?
