As someone who's worked in the music industry, what is your opinion on iTunes? Has it hurt the industry, helped it, or both?
iTunes is in the business of selling music and video, it hasn't hurt the industry at all!
YouTube on the other hand has been allowed to make full-length, copyrighted tracks, TV and video, available to stream for free. THAT is what's killing the industry!
