Well, I actually ordered it through Minotaur, something I shall never do again.
The stupid government Customs website confused me into thinking I needed to get an Informal Declaration form to order from a US site. I've since learned otherwise, that as long as the order doesn't exceed $50 of GST, I'm fine (although they might inspect the parcel). Minotaur are very overpriced, and from the looks of things, aren't very efficient and don't have good customer service.
