Al should make long epic songs at the ends of AL-bums a tradition.

I don't think they should always be long songs, but I do like it when an album ends with a really good original. It brings the album to a unique close. Can you imagine if "In 3-D" ended with "Theme From Rocky XIII?" I guess it would have just pigeonholed Al even further into just being known as a parody artist.
Even for the two albums that end with a polka, it still seems a bit unoriginal.
I like the parody-original-parody-original-etc. format most of the albums use. It shows that Al doesn't feel the need to sandwich his more creative songs (the originals) between what he's better known for (the parodies).
Unless of course, it's an odd-numbered tracklist.

Well, with the exception of the first, third, and (counts) eighth albums, the best original on each album is the last one.
Nature Trail To Hell
Christmas At Ground Zero
Good Old Days
Biggest Ball of Twine In Minnesota
You Don't Love Me Anymore
The Night Santa Went Crazy
Albuquerque
Genius In France (actually, I don't think this is the best original on the album, but it certainly belongs on this list!)

end with a polka!
Personally, I've always liked how Alapalooza and Dare to Be Stupid end with the polkas. I think a fast-paced, all-over-the-place song is a great way to end it. Only problem is, that throws off the flow for some reason, and each of these albums have only 4 parodies instead of the usual 5. Why, I'm not sure. But I do think that ending with a polka is a good idea as long as we can fine-tune the album format.
And I strongly disagree with the statement that every album ends with the best original. Maybe the most popular original, but even that has some exceptions ("UHF" is more popular than "Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota"). I'm glad that the albums don't end with parodies, but I still think a polka is the way to go.
