The only one of those you can actually get is Do I Creep You Out.

I have an instrumental of You Don't Love Me Anymore, but it's not the official one. It's from a karaoke CD.

I love instrumental versions of things. I unfortunately have so very little of them myself, so I can't really offer anything in exchange for other versions, but it's cool that they're in existence, though I can certainly see why he wouldn't want to get instrumental versions of his parodies out into the internetses.

I think most (if not all) of the other songs Interrobang mentioned are only available as instrumental snippets on DVD menus and the like.
