They're not "big" enough for a polka, I think. They don't have enough mainstream hits to make a polka.

Since none of the songs from Straight Outta Lynwood was a parody of a song that is released in 2003 AND none of the portions of Polkarama was based on a song that is released in 2003, how about this? A "2003 polka"!

Mixed Up Polkas
A polka medley of songs from the year 2003.

"Get Busy" by Sean Paul
Shake that thing miss kana kana
Shake that thing miss annabella
Shake that thing yan donna donna
Jodi and rebecca
Woman get busy, just shake that booty non-stop
When the beat drops
Just keep swinging it
Get jiggy
Get crunked up
Percolate anything you want to call it
Oscillate you hip and don’t take pity
Me want fi see you get live ’pon the riddim when me ride
And me lyrics a provide electricity
Gal nobody can tell you nuttin’
Can you done know your destiny

"Stacy's Mom" by Fountains of Wayne
Stacy's mom has got it goin' on
She's all I want, and I've waited so long
Stacy, can't you see you're just not the girl for me
I know it might be wrong, but I'm in love with Stacy's mom

"Baby Boy" by Beyonce
Baby boy you stay on my mind, fulfill my fantasies
I think about you all the time, I see you in my dreams
Baby boy not a day goes by, without my fantasies
I think about you all the time, I see you in my dreams

"It's My Life" by No Doubt
It's my life, don't you forget
It's my life, it never ends

"Me Against The Music" by Britney Spears featuring Madonna
So how would you like a friendly competition
Let's take on the song
It's you and me baby, we're the music
Time to party all night long, hey hey hey!

"Hey Ya!" by Outkast
Hey ya... hey ya... hey ya... hey ya ya ya ya ya!

"Bring Me To Life" by Evanescence
Now that I know what I’m without, you can't just leave me
Breathe into me and make me real, bring me to life

"Intuition" by Jewel
Follow your heart, your intuition
It will lead you in the right direction
Let go of your mind, your Intuition
Is easy to find, just follow your heart, hey!

"Feeling This" by Blink 182
Where do we go from here
Turn all the lights down now
Smiling from ear to ear (I'm feeling this)
Our breathing has got too loud (I'm feeling this)
Show me the bedroom floor (I'm feeling this)
Show me the bathroom mirror (I'm feeling this)
We're taking this way too slow (I'm feeling this)
Take me away from here (I'm feeling this)

"Just Like You" by Three Days Grace
You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You're wrong if you think that I'll be just like you
You thought you were there to guide me
You were only in my way
You're wrong if you think that I'll be just like you

"Into You" by Fabolous
I really like what you’ve done to me
I can’t really explain it, I’m so into you
I really like what you’ve done to me
I can’t really explain it, I’m so into you

"Trouble" by P!nk
I'm trouble, yeah trouble now
I'm trouble ya'll, I disturb my town
I'm trouble, yeah trouble now
I'm trouble ya'll, I got trouble in my town
I got trouble... in... my... town!
(I am trouble... I am trouble... I am trouble)
I got I got I got I got trouble in... my town! Hey!

For 2003... where's Linkin Park? Does no-one remember them anymore??

Somewhere I Belong would just work in a polka!

Good polka, Jeremy. I think Sean Paul's flow would be absolutely perfect for a polka. It almost seems natural.

 An instrumental polka? Kenny G doesn't sing, he just plays a clarinet, a saxophone, or something? Now here's another instrumental polka:

Nickelodeon GaS (Games and Sports) Polka
Consisted of theme songs from almost all of the Nickelodeon game shows ever:

Nick Arcade
Finders Keepers
Think Fast
Make The Grade
You're On!
Wild & Crazy Kids
Figure It Out
GUTS
Get The Picture
Double Dare
Legends Of The Hidden Temple

Welcome to the thread where you can create your own polka medleys (or "polka covers" in case you're fond of Bohemian Polka or something like that). It can be mashups of existing Weird Al polkas, polkas on songs by one artist (like The Hot Rocks Polka), or... something else. Now give the polkas you've made a rundown like this:

Polka name: The name of the polka.
Description: The description of the polka.
Shave and a haircut: If you want, you can add the "shave and a haircut" sound to a part of the polka (usually the outro). If you don't like it, that's fine, tell your polka no.

You may also include lyrics as well as some additional info to the polkas you've made as well.

Now here are the two polkas I've made:
___________________________________________________________________
Polka name: The Demonic Lemonade Polka
Description: A medley of Lemon Demon songs.
Shave and a haircut: Nope.

Lemon Demon
He's got fresh juice for one dollar, he's got the pink kind if you're into that
You take one sip and one more sip, pretty soon you're chugging down the whole vat
It's Lemon Demon (lemon out of hell)
It's Lemon Demon (you cannot resist the lemonade)

Hyakugojyuuichi
Nine outta ten sociopaths agree, you gotta see Hyakugojyuuichi
From the Moch to the Rie to the Pee to the Wee, just take it from me, MC NC
You won't believe your eyes, you'll go insane, I mean, what's up with that plastic plane?
You're an idiot if you disagree, you gotta see Hyakugojyuuichi

Dance Like An Idiot
So get off the wall, stand proud and tall, get out there and dance like an idiot
You know it's all good, so rock the neighborhood, get out there and dance like an idiot

The Saga of You, Destroyer of Planets
So don't fret, just forget, no one will see, God forbid
It's all gone, so move on, nobody knows what you did

Sunbeam Light Show Flower Seed
Lemons on the left side, demons on the right
Never in the dark, never in the light
Center of the sunbeam light show flower seed
This is all I have, this is all I need

Your Evil Shadow Has A Cup Of Tea
This is the truth about it, you'll learn to never doubt it
The whole affair is shrouded in living mystery
So what goes on in your tree, when all you know is
Your evil shadow has a cup of tea

Word Disassociation
Flouncy, panicky redundant, psychedelic while
Raisin terrible abundant, polyurethane smile
Scrumptious mechanical, jungle uncle wish
Paleobotanical backwards licorice
Truth medical entertain, cleverly porridge brain, jellyfish fingernail
Agnostic oppressive wall, platypus parasol, sauntering sawdust opera monorail playing
Word Disassociation (Disassociation)
Word Disassociation (Disassociation)
Word Disassociation (Disassociation)
Word Disassociation

Ode To Crayola
Crayola, Crayola’s all that I know
The colors, delicious, making a rainbow
Crayola, I love you so

This Hyper World
What can you do? What can you do about it?
What can you do? What can you do?
Oh, I don’t know, run outside and twirl
Scream hello at this hyper world

Fine
Everything works out nice in the end
The sun will marry the moon, it’ll be fine
Why don’t we sit back mellow again
And have a nice afternoon? It’ll be fine

The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny
This is the Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny
Good guys, bad guys, and explosions as far as the eye can see
And only one will survive, I wonder who it will be
This is the Ultimate Showdown... of Ultimate Destiny!
This is the Ultimate, Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, hey!

Polka name: Raised On Polkas
Description: The polka version of Joni Mitchell's "Raised On Robbery".
Shave and a haircut: Yes, the word "Hey!" will be used during "shave and a haircut" before its last two notes.

He was sitting in the lounge of the Empire Hotel
He was drinking for diversion, he was thinking for himself
A little money riding on the Maple Leafs
Along comes a lady in lacy sleeves

[polka music starts playing]
She says let me sit down
You know, drinkin' alone's a shame (It's a shame it's a crying shame)
Look at those jokers glued to that... hockey game! Hey! Hey! Hey!
Hey honey, you've got lots of cash
Bring us round a bottle, and we'll have some laughs
Gin's what I'm drinking, I was raised on robbery... hey!

I'm a pretty good cook, I'm sitting on my groceries
Come up to my kitchen, I'll show you my best recipe
I try and I try but I can't save a cent, I'm up after midnight cooking, trying to make my rent
I'm rough but I'm pleasin', I was raised on robbery... hey hey hey!
[can can music interlude]

We had a little money once, they were pushing through a four lane highway
Government gave us three thousand dollars, you should have seen it fly away
First he bought a '57 Biscayne, he put it in the ditch
He drunk up all the rest, that son of a [gunshot]
His blood's bad whiskey, I was raised on robbery

You know you ain't bad looking, I like the way you hold your drinks
Come home with me honey, I ain't asking for no full length mink
Hey, where you going? Don't go yet!
Your glass ain't empty and we just met
You're mean when your loaded, I was raised on robbery
I was raised on roberry! (raised on robbery, raised on robbery, raised on robbery)
Hey!
Dare To Be Stupid Part Two is coming!
