I think it would be cool to make up custom polkas. You might think that this is a little like "Songs That Would Sound Cool as Polkas", but this is for a whole medley, with a title.

Ok,

Sargeant Pepper's Polka

featuring

All You Need Is Love
Sgnt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band
Hard Day's Night
Let It Be
Love Me Do
Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds
Yellow Submarine

All by The Beatles.

I have always thought a One-Hit Wonder polka would be cool. Sadly, Al used a number of one-hit wonders in RWS's "Polka Power!", and the prime time for one-hit wonders was really around the late 90's, and is thus probably over. Anyway...

Including these:

Flagpole Sitta [Harvey Danger]
Tubthumping [Chumbawamba]
Sex And Candy [Marcy Playground]
MMMBop [Hanson]
Closing Time [Semisonic]

Plus:

The Way [Fastball]
You Get What You Give [New Radicals]
Song 2 [Blur]
One Of Us [Joan Osborne]
Bitter Sweet Symphony [The Verve]
Mambo No. 5 [Lou Bega]
Popular [Nada Surf]
Got You (Where I Want You) [The Flys]
Barbie Girl [Aqua]
I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) [The Proclaimers]

I think Al's polkas usually contain 15 tracks, don't they?

I think that since Al and Alice Cooper are good friends, how bout' the

The Alice Cooper Tribute Polka including...

Be My Lover
Eighteen
Poison
No More Mr. Nice Guy
Welcome To My Nightmare
Under My Wheels
Elected
Feed My Frankenstien
School's Out
Only Women Bleed
Billion Dollar Babies

I know it's not 15 songs, but this would be good enough.
|) It could work.

Around the time of Running With Scissors, I was thinking that Weird Al should make his next polka a more Tejano-style polka and feature all the artists from the Latin Invasion. You know, Ricky Martin, Mark Anthony, Enrique Iglesias, Christina Aguilera, Santana, Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Nelly Furtado and them.
(Admittedly, the definition of "Latin" is kinda stretched for this. Isn't Nelly Portuguese-Canadian?)

If there was going to be a Madonna polka, "Erotica" would absolutely have to be in there. Would you not love to hear Al doing that song? Come on.
