The merge would happen before you run out of tribe members. For example, if there ends up being 16 players, then that would make two tribes of 8. When we're down to 10 players, they would merge into one tribe.

Like I said, I'll give this a few days to gather players before we start. If you come here after we've started and still want to play, speak up and we can add you to one of the tribes.

I don't want to jump in unless you need me to fill a spot. I'd like to see some of the newbies get to play.

I'll stand by if you need me, or if you want me to help with the Probst duty.
