FREE BIRD!!

Had some carpet installers at the house today and they brought their own tunes. When I heard "Free Bird" on the radio, what else could I think of? :Y

You never know, it might be on the "list".

That would seem like the perfect song for this bit, but maybe Al has thought that it's already become too much of a cliche?

I went to a school sponsored concert...<insert groans here>...named, aptly, Schoolapalooza (I know, how clever...and ORIGINAL...:P)..where one peer of mine who shall remain nameless, shouted FREE BIRD between EVERY. SINGLE. SONG.

Needless to say, he was removed after about three songs. Poor kid.

I wish they'd done this song requesting bit at the only concert on this leg I made it to..in Erie..

2005 Al? |)

Juuuuuuuuuust kidding.

Last night at the Duquoin, IL concert, we the audience happily enjoyed Smoke On the Water (I guess that's the 2nd time he's done it in concert now). Man, that was amazing! And as a side note, he also did Melanie!!! (not to mention Dog Eat Dog) Man, that was the greatest concert ever!!! :whoot: -Erik

Man, I feel sorry for that kid. I was a little overzealous last night too. When the request was open I shouted, "Albuquerque" like five times at the top of my lungs. Of course, it was to no avail but worth "Smoke on the Water" kicked booty anyway! -Erik

Did I mention he shouted "Free Bird" at my school, and not an Al show?

:S

I thought I did...

He wouldn't know who Al was if you beat him over the head with a TWS.

And he'd probably say 'YankoviCH'
