On VH-1's Awesomely Bad Songs, there's a random mention of Al (Don't worry, none of his songs are actually on the countdown...thank goodness) during Gerardo's Rico Suave bit.

Anyway, it just got me thinking that I really don't like this song. It seemed way too rushed and Al felt there had to be a parody (The mention on the show was something along the lines of that, that Gerardo already did all the work. Al didn't need to do anything). I certainly liked Cheech's bit, but I just didn't care for this one.

Does anyone else agree/disagree?

I always found this song to be an embaresing (sp) listen. Like You don't want anyone to know you are listening to this song.

I used to like it a lot, probably in my top 20, but now I don't listen to it by choice much.
I am gone until June, as a result of the Junior Cert, a very large exam.

You gotta admit it was a creative idea but not that good of a song

I don't really like it. I don't think he should have included Spanish lyrics; he lost half the audience. It's ok, but I rarely listen to it.

I used to listen to this when I was younger. And I dont mind it now. I dont think its a bad song. It just isn't a song I listen to much. Because it kind of gets annoying if you listen to it a lot.

I actually kinda like this song. The best part is easily the Spanish rap by Cheech. I studied Spanish for a few years, so I somewhat understand the Spanish lyrics.

I can confidently state that this is the best song from OTDE to be included on The Food Album.

I guess I'm the only person that actually liked the song. Make that person #2, I see Genius in Maine likes it too.

I thought the fact that he put Spanish lyrics in it was a great thing because it's so different from his other songs. If you don't know what he's saying, just find a translator on the internet and type them in. They ususally aren't perfect, but good enough for you to figure out what is being said. If asked, I can translate some of it too.
