I found this song quite silly, I'm getting it off of limewire right now
(DON'T WORRY I OWN ALL 12 ALBUMS (REAL COPYS) ON CD! I just dont waant to get up and get them. <_<
Polka Party has its moments, I'm 11 and I think kids may find this more amusing than adults, just for a reason hard to explain.

Somebody mentioned that the first beat is missing, well, all I did was just edit it in. All you need is this little program called Audacity. :)

I noticed for the first time that the "ladies" singing in the background where AL!!! THATs pretty impresive (was that in Ask Al, or am I thinking of something else)

I like the song, but a lot of people say it sucks... I dunno

I believe people think it sucks because it's not one of those parodies where you know the actual song to; it's one of those that you have to search and search for.

I believe I remember when I first heard the original, I was impressed at how similar the two were.

Bumping an old topic, because I've been listening to this song lately, and I can help but thinking that I'd like this song so much more if Al were singing it with his normal voice, instead of doing a bad Mick Jagger impersonation. But maybe that's because I'm not so fond of Mick Jagger in the first place. Oh, well.

This is one of the few Al parodies where I knew the original first and loved it and owned it indeed from when it was first released. I only heard Toothless People for the first time this year and because the original was so familiar I thought the parody was hysterically funny.
So I guess it's the absolute opposite of everyone else as Ruthless people WAS a big deal in the UK.. (and has some particular personal memories of a VERY wild hen party in Wimbledon many years ago :- Big Hair, shoulderpads, much drunken squealing, bread-roll juggling and waiter's bottom-pinching etc)
