I think once we get a good list of catagories togeather we should start a nomination thead. List the catagoires and people could nominate people for each catogory there. After a week or so, close that thread and hold elections! Either by polls, or open voting thread. We would need someone to orginize and lead this activity, but I think it could be fun. I have been at other forums that have done this type of thing and they are cool! But it takes someone to run, orginize, count votes, and lead the opperation.

Well, for a start, category nominations are anonymous, and are done by PM. Secondly, winners are not nominated, they are open elections, also done by PM.
Of course, if no-one wants to be the host (following the requirements), we won't get anywhere.
