What happens at the end credits? Its been awhile since I have seen the movie.

Al sings with song, with the tense changed at the end of the lyrics.

Why are you confused? The lyrics in the end credits are in the past tense, since you've already watched the movie. For example, Al says "You've just watched Spy Hard" instead of "You're watching Spy Hard".

The One That Could Have Been Part 2 and the episode which comes after that, but I can't remember which one it was.

I got a VHS Demo/Screener of the movie and they cut out the theme song video, it just starts out after that, and the tape starts with over 30 minutes of previews, but it still has Als song at the end, I got nervous for a second because I Paid $10 for the thing.
