If you mean the CD single, No. (but possibly through amazon.com or your local used CD store if you're that lucky)
If you mean GH Volume 2, you can through the merchandise section or at your favorite place that sells CD's

I got the Headline News CD single off eBay for like seven bucks... it's not too hard to find.
