Yeah, this is what I'm thinking. I love the idea of a concert with more originals/obscure songs for the hardcore fans, but every concert is going to be someone's first Weird Al concert, and I'd imagine because of that Al would feel a strong obligation to play stuff like Amish Paradise, White & Nerdy, and Eat It in some form or another. Putting them all in a medley is a possible compromise, though (which I think would work well for everything except maybe the Star Wars songs).Muppetboy09 wrote:As for no parodies, you would think he feels obligated to perform certain ones, maybe just Amish Paradise, Yoda, The Saga Begins, and maybe White and Nerdy.
Anyway, what original songs do y'all want to see performed? Some personal hopes for me are Good Old Days, UHF, The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota, Frank's 2000" TV (absolutely loved seeing it in 2010), Your Horoscope for Today, Truck Drivin' Song (How long has it been since Al's done something in his deep bass voice live?), Genius in France, and Don't Download This Song.
