Go figure after having posted the above, but just received email notification regarding the tour about 15-20 minutes ago. Just an announcement about the tour and tickets being available on Friday, though. No pre-sale info.

The shows I'd really like to try to get pre-sale tickets to are the Keybank Cleveland OH one and the Heritage Park Simpsonville, SC one. I saw a Ticketmaster countdown to a Wednesday presale when I looked into the Simpsonville show, but I didn't see any info regarding a pre-sale code.

It looks like there will be a Live Nation pre-sale for some shows on Wednesday.

in this same boat of searching for a presale code for Los Angeles...I remember the presale for the Indulgent Tour was via AXS.com and let you pick VIP if you wanted, but I'm curious to find how it's going to work this time around...

I am looking for out of state shows and not having much luck with presale codes. I have signed up for venues' emails and nothing yet. I might have to go old school and call! Just disappointed but I suppose it has to do with the whole Verified Fan fiasco from last year.

OK, so my venue just emailed a presale code for its onsale two days before Friday's regular sale. BUT I have questions.

The VIP site says the packages come WITH a ticket in the first 15 rows, so that's all taken care of in one purchase, then. So do I ignore the venue presale tomorrow if I want VIP, or should I expect the VIP to also be available via the Ticketmaster venue presale?

I wonder about when Al says "The Hits" too. I know I'm dreaming but, I wonder if he might bring back older hits too. I still say of all his songs that may or may not be dated, Like A Surgeon seems to be the most likely to ever be brought back, in full, and I really wish it would be.

Presale code for Canadian dates is "mixtape". This may also work for U.S shows, you can also try "duet" which may also work for you. Jus in case anyone needs to try!

Perhaps a dumb question, but how does the Internet Presale thing work? Do you need a code and special URL or something? I see my venue (Greek Theater in LA) shows that there is a presale going on, but not sure how (or if) I can access this.

Not ever show had presales, it depends on the venue and whether or not they go through Ticketmaster or Live Nation or something else. For example the show closest to me at Foxwoods Casino has their own box office independent of those two and was not offering presale tickets.

I called them today and they gave me the code word, strings.
I got some pretty good seats.
