Someone did say he had to "arrange" for Jurashiku Park to be recorded but said arrangement fell through. I'm starting to think he just wanted JPE recorded at Red Rocks and that those cameras are meant to just broadcast the concert within the venue rather than record it. I'm sure they sometimes end up recording some (if not all) concerts inadvertently but Bermuda just holds on to them and doesn't release the footage unless it's for some sort of TV interview or profile of Al and the band. If you're right, then Al just gave him clearance to release the KPE recording. Hell, he might have noticed that of all the songs people recorded on their phones & what not from the gig, JPE was the least represented so he decided to throw that out there.
