She is talking about the live performance of One More Minute. I don't think it's all that much faster than the studio version, but, I do prefer that song live.

Kitten, the chant changes for each tour, and new stuff is added on. Did you see a concert this tour, or during TWS?

Memorised it all except the "Tahuwai..." Hawaiian sort of sounding bit thing.
