Martin Carthy.
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Martin Carthy, a folk artist, had a version of the song "Lord Fanklin"
Bob Dylan was very impressed with this, and used its tune and narrative style for his own song, "Bob Dylan's Dream".
Weird Al was obviously impressed enough with Bob Dylan to do a stylist parody of him on the 2003 recording of "Poodle Hat", entitled "Bob".
Georges Bizet.
