Morgan Freeman played God in the film "Bruce Almighty". Nora Dunn (No, this is NOT an SNL connection, although it obviosuly exists) also played a roll in that film. Nora appeared in several episodes of "The Nanny", which starred Fran Drescher. Fran was in UHF with Al!

Mary Pickfor was one of the founders of United Artists with Douglas Fairbanks
who played Robin Hood, which was parodied by Robin Hood Men In Tights,
starring Dick Van Patton who has appeared in videos with Al.

(Girl, do you own an obscure movie studio? That was reaaly hard.)

Orthography enthusiast wrote: I'd wanted to do Dylan-to-Al with just performance links, and it can be done. Here's one way: Chris Hillman performed "Mr. Tambourine Man" with Dylan at a Roy Orbison tribute. Chris Hillman played with Herb Pedersen in the Desert Rose Band. Herb Pedersen played with Al on Poodle Hat.

Well, I tried... :? I don't know enough about Dylan, I guess.
4 words that Al said to me that blew me away:

"How's Problem Child doing?" - 7/12/11

So awesome!

I don't either, really. But Google is my friend.

Hey, you did find a link-up. :)
"Weird Al" has a charisma that's all his own. The awkward, the misshapen, the socially inept flock to his banner.

Yeah, I suppose I did. Besides, I liked the Travelling Wilburys. All those great musicians in one group. My guess is that Jeff Lynne was also producer for them. Hmm, now what was the next one? James Reed? I'll have to look him up, as I've no clue who he is.

What, no one wants to take on my challenge? Here's a hint. James Reed is on the Big TV miniseries North and South.
