Okay. Arlo Guthrie was in Bob Dylan's movie "Renaldo and Clara" (you can use the Al "Bob" link here if you like, or if not--) with Harry Dean Stanton who was in "Up In Smoke" with Cheech Marin who did the Spanish narration on Weird Al's "Taco Grande."

Now somebody can do Jesse Jackson.

Jesse Jackson was on an episode of "A Different World" with Sinbad
who was on an episode of "The Cosby Show" with Malcolm-Jamal Warner
who was in the "Liberian Girl" video with Al.

Ric Ocasek (again, good luck)

Google is my friend, I tell you again.

Ric Ocasek toured & recorded with Melissa auf der Maur of Hole in 1997.

Melissa auf der Maur and Kurt Cobain are both heard on "Asking For It."

Kurt Cobain was parodied by Weird Al in "Smells Like Nirvana."

Flora Purim (in three degrees).

For anybody who's stumped by Miss Purim, I commend the "Tour Talk" postings for December to your attention.

i think we should impose a new rule:if one week goes by and no one answers it, the person who suggested said person gives the link and comes up with someone new

I definitely agree with you there (especially since I have submitted several celebs who have stumped the masses).

Sheesh. And even with the hint.

Flora Purim has recorded and toured with Jeff Elliot, who played with Steve Jay in Ventura last month at Zoey's Cafe, and, well, Steve Jay has collaborated with Weird Al quite a bit.

Somebody pick a new celeb. I seem to be getting too obscure here.

Catherine Zeta-Jones was in a 1996 TV-movie called "Titanic" with Marilu Henner.
Marilu Henner was in Johnny Dangerously, which Al provided the theme for.

New one... Mike Piazza, catcher, New York Mets. :D

Adrian
"Then you had Muppets and Hispanics and William Shatner."
