We already determined that Kevin Bacon was related to Al by one degree about three to five pages ago. Who do you want us to tackle next?
My friends call me Sumo.

I'll link Jon Lovitz to Al without using SNL or The Simpsons:

Jon Lovitz was in Little Nicky with Adam Sandler.
Adam Sandler was the Co host, or something like that, on an MTV show called Remote Control.
AL was a contestant on the show once.

BTW, I say we make 2 new rules:No using The Simpsons, unless it's a regular cast member and not just a guest star, and if it's someone or something Al just mentions in a song, it doesn't count.

Ok, next person: By only using music, Chris Jericho *(He's known best as a wrestler, but he's also in a band called Fozzy. They're really good, I suggest checking them out.)*

I will not accept that. I said using music only, which can include if he sang on a cd that includes other artists, but that is not acceptable. Quick question Madrick, and I know this if off topic so I'm sorry, I know you used to me couchpotatoman, so why the change in screen name?

Y2J played ice hockey as a boy
ice hockey originated in Canada
Jim West is from Canada

Not True!
Hockey was invented in France, I think, and it isn't even Canada's national sport.

I'm not being condescending, I'm too busy thinking about far more important things you wouldn't understand.

Whether ice hockey originated in Canada or not is irrelevant. You can't make a link like that. You might as well say, "Chris Jericho plays music. So does Al. That's one degree of separation." No, that doesn't work. Sorry.

I can't link them though, cause I don't know who Chris Jericho is. :P
